Myth of the Former Latter AgeThe need for order and law created a terrible rift covered the land. A power was needed to rule, and the peopled cowered in fear. In all directions the demon rats stirred in their caves of stone and ice as they sense the draw of the power. In the fields and of the swamps the repulsings slithered in mass towards the fields of battle. All sorts of minor demons and imps began to gather near the borders with blood lust in their eyes, but stayed their ground out of fear. Two Lines Long ago Victor had read in some book that a good author should be able to write convincingly about any time period from reading only two sentences from that era. As he opened the book with the tattered leather cover, he prepared to try once again to do just that. It had taken years, but he had finally managed to refine himself down to three sentences, but long ago he had engrained into his mind that three sentences were one too many. Deer Hunter DayThe night air chilled Frank to the bones while he sat in his tree stand watching for deer. Pulling his red and black wool vest tighter against himself, he began to think. It was the third night of his hunting trip, and so far all he had to show for it was a growing pile of beer cans and McDonald’s wrappers. It wasn’t as if he hadn’t considered trying another spot, but it was just the fact that this was his traditional spot.
